The beds were good, and the location was nice. The breakfast was perfect and offered lots of items.

Within walking distance of palais de chaillot that was our destination. Great to be 800 feet away from pomme de pain, enjoyed our meal there❤

Nice large room (luxe double) for Paris Hotels, clean bathroom with separate wc. I will recommend for business or shopping trips.
Sliping small Bathtub will be replaced by large built shower as been told at reception

The beds were extremely comfortable and the accommodations were very nice in our upgraded room (bathrobes and slippers, complimentary water bottles on first day, etc.). The concierge was very helpful and it was across the street from a subway stop and very close to many dining options as well as a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Great location!
The cleaning staff entered the room even if the Do Not Disturb sign was up. This happened once when we were napping - they just walked in and once when we left for a short period and had the sign out they entered and cleaned anyway.

Location Cleanliness Quality Value for Money
The consierge was not the friendliest. In room tea options could have been better - No Earl Grey/English Breakfast available. Loud noise from bathroom (like running water) was constant and quite annoying.

First morning we were given a pot of coffee, no cups, and were not asked if we would like a hot breakfast, tv in room did not have all channels which the room documentation listed, the concierge tried to tell me that it was because of satelite connection problems. Alarm clock/radio had no electric plug attached.

I do not complaint. I recommend ! The room service needs minor enhancements : 1. to look around for used products and replace them, such as shampoo, brief paper, etc. 2. one day we receive the "evening chocolates" , an other evening not. They forgot ?! 3. not to enter the room without knocking on the door, the day I check out. Check-out time is at latest at 12:00h. So, at 10:00h the lady entered impromptu thinking I was gone. And .... I put especially outside the sign "do not disturb" !!!!

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 07h00 and an early book in was done without our even requesting it. Good location far enough away from hub to be quite but close enough to walk to many attractions. Subway right across the road.
Smallish bathrooms, but then this is Paris.

I loved the suit it was an amazing room with friendly staff and so near the effile tower
1. Toilet in the room was in one section and the shower and sink in another section 2. Internet was lousy it kept getting disconnected and it takes so many steps to log back on

The bathroom has been remodeled and it is excellent.
The T.V. service is very awkward, not enough channels, difficult to navigate, many channels are not working. The room furnitsure is not comfortable.
